The project
The main aim of the Scripta i variació dialectal project is to build an automated corpus of representative texts of the language, from XIII until XX century, which allows us to study the diathopic variation and the possible impacts/incidences of the diastratics, in order to try to find the general patterns of the relationship between the oral and written language, from that observed in the particular case of catalan.
